Please note: Account passwords expire after 365 days.
Password Requirements
Your new password must meet the following requirements:
  • Minimum of twelve (12) characters.
  • All spaces before and after will be trimmed.
  • Must contain a combination of three of the following:
    • Numbers
    • CAPS
    • lowercase
    • Symbols
  • Passwords may not contain your username.
  • You may not use any of your last 6 passwords.
  • You must wait at least one day before changing your password again.
Account Lockout policy:
Account locks after 5 invalid logon attempts and remains locked for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes it will reset that lockout counter.
